Particularities

  • Provide modalities of accompaniment by informal interpreters or bilingual staff if available, emergency-distress, hospitalization in psychiatry and psychology services.
  • Ensure that the staff at the 811 call center are able to communicate in English or for reference to a resource capable of communicating in English.
